Welcome to Survyve, a DBA of GBEC LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Warranty

Survyve offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products purchased through our website. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

What is covered under the warranty:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Any malfunctions or failures under normal usage conditions.

What is not covered under the warranty:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage.
• Loss or theft of the product.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hi@survyve.shop with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all products, provided the product is returned in its original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Conditions for refunds:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

Conditions for exchanges:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hi@survyve.shop with your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. Limitation of Liability

Survyve (a DBA of GBEC LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York.
